A playwright, producer, filmmaker, singer and actress who has worked on hundreds of projects in theater, film, and entertainment, Lisa began writing and producing at the age of eight, and hasn’t stopped since. She sang with the vocal group ‘Three Sheets to the Wind’ and is the founder of the Harmony Sweepstakes A Cappella Festival, a recipient of the ‘A Cappella Legend’ Award, and was dubbed as ‘The Den Mother of Doo Wop”by the San Francisco Chronicle. As an actress she has performed in a number of original works (“Ark Row”, “Hello Marin, Hello”, “Harry and the Professor”) as well as traditional theatrical roles (Adelaide in ‘Guys and Dolls’, Ado Annie in ‘Oklahoma’, M’Lynn in ‘Steel Magnolias’.) She enjoys playing a wide range of characters and fondly remembers a musical review in which she played both Winthrop and Mrs. Peru in the same segment. She and her husband, Bill Collins, have also written and performed dozens of Murder Mystery Dinner Theater shows in Northern California.
